Dogs. For concerned dog owners visiting the event, please note that dogs are not allowed inside any of the buildings unless they are guide or registered assistance dogs. They are only are permitted within the show ground grassed or tarmaced areas (permitted on both Saturday, if camping over, and Sunday). We ask all dog owners to clear up any doggy 'doo doos' and to respect the safety of all others at the event. Woof!
Trade and Autojumble Passes. These are being posted on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th. If you do not receive your passes before setting off for the show do not worry. Simply turn into the showground and advise the car-parking attendants / security that you are booked to trade and they will direct you to the far right of the building.
Show & Shine Passes. All those booked into the Show and Shine should READ THIS PAGE. If your pass does not arrive - don't panic! You will also be emailed a vehicle display sheet to print out and bring with you. Advise staff on entry into the showground (no later than 8:45am Sunday) that you are Show and Shine - show display sheet and follow the same route as trade vehicles to the far right of the building. Try not to forget your original paperwork - directions, etc.! Refer to the website Show and Shine page too for any last minute information.
Vehicle Sales Passes. You have pre-registered - yes? Therefore you will have already been sent, or had the opportunity to download, a Vehicle For Sale display PDF. You should bring this with you, show on entry into the showground and hand over payment with the signed sheet. No sheet and you won't be permitted to park in the designated For Sale areas. If you've lost it you can download another.
