TRADE APPLICATION FORM - DUBFREEZE 2009

Register your interest for trade space by completing your details in full below. Plots measure 8' x 8' and cost £85 each (see layout guide). Each plot includes the hire of a sturdy trestle table. 2 trade person passes will be issued per single plot, to a maximum of 6 passes per booking - i.e. bookings of 3 plots or more will receive no more than 6 trade person passes.

Your details will appear in our online trade directory, which is currently being assembled.

VW trade looking to participate in DubFreeze can also receive 6 months FREE marketing exposure on our partner site www.aircooled.org.uk when they take up the offer of a VW store on the web site. This is an exclusive offer from DubFreeze and you should apply for trade space below before contacting them.

To book an autojumble stand complete the form below or call 01384 839593 to request a full form be sent to you. Space is allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis and is limited. The cost will be £41 per plot inclusive of heavy duty table hire. An additional ticket for a fellow autojumble helper can be purchased at a discounted rate (£8).

CLUB APPLICATION FORM - DUBFREEZE 2009

Complete the form below to register your club's interest. A form, space permitting, will be sent to you by post or email. Each club is asked to donate £10 to the charity auction total. In exchange they will receive a free club plot pass (enabling two club members free entry into the event), a reserved space from which to run the club stand and free rental of a heavy-duty table for the day. There are rules on what you can and cannot do at a club stand.

Selling Your Classic Vehicle

The proceeds of placing your vehicle for sale (£10 per vehicle) will be passed directly over to the Charity Auction and used to purchase goods from the DubFreeze trade to auction on the day.

In order to put your vehicle up for sale in the 'Classics for Sale' area you will need to complete an online application closer to the show date.

DubFreeze recommends aircooled.org.uk for free VW advertising of vehicles and parts on the Web.
