The show layout is, for the most part, similar to previous years. However, there are a few changes to be aware off and these are as follows:
a. The Autojumble Hall in the far top righthand corner of the layout guide is now a combination of Trade and Autojumble stands.
b. There are extra stands on the main floor.
c. The Charity Auction has been moved into the Show and Shine hall to reduce public congestion.
The cost of a single tradestand is just £75 and this includes hire of a heavy-duty table and 2 entry passes per stand (up to a maximum of 8 entry passes for 4 or more stands).
An autojumble stand is priced at £45, inclusive of heavy-duty table hire and 2 entry passes per stand - so bring a mate to help out or combine your autojumble! In effect, this works out at just £29 for the stand plus the normal entry fee for you and a friend.
Club stands, on the top balcony (numbered C1 - C12), are offered free of charge, inclusive of heavy-duty table hire and 2 entry passes. However, we do ask that each club donates £10 towards the Charity Auction in advance, and you are reminded that club plots are not to be used for the promotion of commercial events (order a tradestand instead) or as a 'cheap' alternative to an autojumble stand. Whilst we don't mind half a dozen bits and pieces for sale, please don't upset the autojumblers who will have paid to have a stand by turning your free club stand into an autojumble stand. If you do, you risk your club not being offered a free stand at next year's event.
