APPLY FOR VEHICLE SALE SPACE

This section of the website will be opened up to applications for a free vehicle sale pass nearer the show date.

NO VEHICLES TOWED BY ROPE OR ON A TRAILER will be permitted entry into the vehicle sales area at any time. The unloading of a vehicle for sale from a trailer can only take place well away from the vehicle sales area i.e. in one of the car parks.

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE:

1. NO TRAILERS WILL BE PERMITTED ACCESS INTO SALES AREA

2. Use of the Vehicles for Sale area implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

You are responsible for your vehicle, all belongings and the safety of its occupants and those close too it (i.e. pedestrian traffic). You agree to remove or lock-up all goods that might be a reason for theft to take place and to ensure your vehicle is in a suitable condition, not only to be sold but also to be viewed safely i.e. no sharp or rusty edges, no leaking fluids, no naked flames, exposed hot or moving engine parts, etc. You agree to ensure the enjoyment of show visitors by not causing a nuisance i.e. no excessive engine noise, music, etc. When unattended you agree to lock all the vehicle’s doors and make secure all windows and to stow any valuables inside your vehicle. As part of your condition of entry into the Vehicles for Sale area you agree not to hold DubFreeze or any of its agents responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle whilst your vehicle is on the showground, either stationary or otherwise, unless such damage can be directly attributed to them. You agree to follow the instructions of the car park attendants and the operators of the Vehicles for Sale area. You agree to have adequate and appropriate vehicle insurance. You agree, at all times, to be responsible for your vehicle and any damage it may cause to others. You agree to DubFreeze releasing your telephone and name details to any post-event sale enquiry of your vehicle.

3. Space is limited to about 70 vehicles. Just because you have been sent a free pass does not mean that your vehicle selling space is reserved. First arrive - first served. You understand that DubFreeze lists all vehicle applications on the website in the knowledge that some of these listed vehicles may not appear on the day due to any number of reasons, all beyond our control. Simply because a vehicle is listed does not mean that it will be parked for sale in the sales area on the day.
